OVERVIEW

We would like to invite medical students from all over the world to experience clinical postings in various specialties of medicine, at the largest private group of hospitals in Malaysia – KPJ Healthcare Specialist Hospitals. Medical students will experience the Malaysian healthcare delivery system, expose to the spectrum of clinical cases in the hospitals as well as experience in rural health clinics in Malaysia. At the hospitals medical students will have the opportunity to participate in the management of patients in the clinic, wards as well as in the operating room. Students can also carry-out basic research projects if required. We can tailor the duration and mode of your elective postings, to fulfil the specific requirements of the medical schools. Students will me supervised by experienced medical consultants at KPJ Healthcare University Hospitals on a one-to-one apprenticeship training model. This will certainly broaden the student’s knowledge and enhance clinical skills in an environment of excellent patient care, education and research.
