Mohd Rizal Majid

RIZAL MAJID, graduated with his master degree in Master of Corporate Communication from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2013 and Bachelor of Human Sciences (Communications) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 1998. During the earlier stage of his career with TM Info Media Sdn. Bhd., and AM Bank (M). In 2008, Rizal joined Malaysian Health Promotion Board as the Corporate Affairs Officer. Rizal Majid has been an academic member of KPJ Healthcare University since 2016.. Apart from lecturing, he is a certified HRD Corp trainer, Customer Experience Coach, Premier Customer Service Coach for KPJ Healthcare Bhd, in which he is given a task to train KPJ Specialist Hospitals related to customer service training program.
