Introduction

I am so grateful to get the opportunity to be part of KPJU’ student as I am able to apply all vast knowledge that I had gained to my nursing journey that includes having empathy and humanity to all people.
KPJU, formally known as Puteri Nursing College (PNC) defines its students and their respective personalities. I feel privileged to study in an environment with the faculty who was teaching us, were all top shot nursing professionals, which make a really big difference because they were sharing real life experiences. Throughout the three years of my study, one thing I have surely learnt is that achievement does not go empty-handed. I am so excited about my tremendous breakthrough in this field, obtained my Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D. in Nursing) from the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom. I’m a proud alumnus of PNC/KPJU and wishing the new batches all the success for their endeavours.

With professional and experienced tutor in KPJU I learned how to deliver care through heart to my patients, and nursing has becoming my passion.
My time at KPJ International University College JB has been challenging, excellent and rewarding. Awarded with KPJ International Chairman Award on 15th Convocation Ceremony, I made some great friends and learned a great deal throughout my 3 years of study. I value the confidence I have obtained from studying at this University College especially when I have the opportunities to represent my college and my group into 1st National Nursing Student Debate Championship at UITM Puncak Alam in 2010. 2nd runner up from the pioneer of the college? I think we’ve done a great job and proud that we brought a medal for the college. The guidance from the lecturers and tutors has helped me overcome the challenges I have faced. Thank you to all lecturer, tutor and administrative staff for your support.
