Collection of Robes

  1. Graduand are to ensure that all the relevant payments have been made.
  2. Graduand are to ensure that;
    – the academic robe / hood received are in good condition; and
    – the correct label/hood colour according to your school (will be advised during collection process).
  3. Robes must be collected by the graduands in person.
  4. Graduand are not allowed to alter or amend any part of the robes. The Secretariat will not be liable for any lost or damaged items.
  5. The collection and return of the robe / hood will take place at the Kuala Lumpur Room, Level 5, WTC, Kuala Lumpur.
  6. If Graduands wish to return the robe after 19 October 2023, please contact the Vendor (Lakaran Tuah Sdn. Bhd.) Penalty fees will be assessed on the day of the delay.

Collection of Certificates

  1. Graduands may collect your Academic Transcript and Certificate during registration Tuesday, 18 October 2023.
  2. All graduands are required to settle the outstanding fees. Official transcripts / certificates / APC etc will not be released unless the fee is fully paid (refer to Payment Method)
