This course is designed to equip students with foundation skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking. Students will be exposed to the strategies in effective listening and speaking; parts of speech, simple tenses, and the structure of 5-paragraph essay focusing on cause-effect genre.
Penghayatan Etika & Peradaban (MPU 2183)
This course prepares students to appreciate the ethics and civilisations present within Malaysia's multi-ethnic society. This is to strengthen their critical and analytical thinking skills, enabling them to navigate a more challenging life. The course content focuses on understanding ethics and civilisation within the Malaysian context.

English for Professional Communication 2 (ENG 2022)
This course is designed to equip students with the basics of English language skills and develop communicative competence in spoken and written English, particularly in preparation for tertiary study and employment. Students will learn about verbal communication focusing on Standard People’s Practice. Additionally, students would be able to inculcate values and professionalism and apply problem solving skills in everyday scenarios.
Kursus Integriti & Anti Rasuah (MPU 2332)
This course covers the fundamental concepts of corruption, including the values of integrity and anti-corruption, various forms of corrupt behaviour, the misuse of power in daily activities and organisations, and methods of corruption prevention. Relevant case studies on corruption will also be discussed. The teaching and learning methods will be implemented through "experiential learning" via individual and group activities. By the end of this course, students will understand the practice of integrity, the concepts of corruption, anti-corruption, and the misuse of power, as well as corruption prevention in society and organisations.
Semester 3
Health Education and Promotion (BDBU 2003)
This subject will provide students, the knowledge about the basis of health care promotion and education. It will also provide the student the knowledge about the technique/method that are/will be used in the country as well as other country and how to evaluate the effectiveness of the health programme.
Health Care Delivery System (BDBU 2013)
This course focuses on a variety of topics that are pertinent to the delivery of health care services. Topics include management perspective in marketing, financing, nursing services, ambulatory care, hospital and patient services.
Financial Accounting (BDBI 2003)
English for Professional Communication 3 (ENG 3032)
This course is developed to equip students with reading, writing, and speaking skills in different context for future higher-level courses. Students will also learn about writing compare contrast essay and opinion essay. Grammar and vocabulary are also included in this course to help students in their writing and speaking.
Decision Making Skills (MPU 2242)
This course provides students with basic knowledge about the process of decision-making skills and behaviours wisely and efficiently. This includes giving students an understanding of some decision-making approach based on decision-making models selected. Aspects that influence decision-making as a value, needs and goals as well as an element of uncertainty is also discussed. In addition, religion and religious factors, experience, environment, cognitive, psychological, ethical and individual personalities also considered in decision making.
Semester 4
Financial Management (BDBI 2013)
This course is designed to enable students to understand various concepts of finance. It covers financial ratios, financial statements, cash budget, time value of money, working capital management, sources of financing and capital budgeting.
Organisational Behaviour (BDBE 2013)
This subject is intended to provide a set of core skills and competencies in organisation theory and behavioural management. It develops further the ability to manage, motivate and lead the efforts of people in the pursuit of organisational goals and objectives.

Co-curriculum (MPU 2422)
This course is one of the modules offered to develop well-rounded individuals through involvement in social and community activities. Specifically, it aims to provide students with adequate information and understanding on the basic co-curriculum activities such as traditional games, indoor sports, e-sports and outdoor activities. This course also explores various aspects of co-curricular management including its scope, basic principles, technique and current issues in related areas.
