About Associate Professor Mr. ANANDARAJAGOPAL KALUSALINGAM is a Registered Pharmacist from India. He holds a Bachelor degree in Pharmacy and Master degree in Pharmaceutical chemistry from  Arulmigu Kalusalingam College of Pharmacy, Krishnan Koil, Tamil Nadu affiliated by The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, India. He has over 22 years of teaching and research experience. He is currently working as Program Coordinator for Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons), School of Pharmacy, KPJ Healthcare University,, Nilai, Malaysia. He has over 14 years of academic and research experience in Malaysia. He is an experienced academician with expertise in pharmaceutical drug discovery and development, herbal and analytical research. He has taught Diploma, Bachelors, and Master’s degree students at national and international institutions of higher education. His expertise is medicinal chemistry, analytical chemistry and phytochemistry. His passion is teaching pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry, analytical chemistry and phytochemistry with advanced teaching technologies and instruments easing the understanding of the concepts and principles of the pharmaceutical chemistry, medicinal chemistry including analytical techniques and isolation of phytoconstituents in the discovery and development of the therapeutic agents.
Assoc. Prof. Mr. Anand has published over 100 research articles in reputed peer reviewed national and international journals and has presented his research in several conferences, seminars and symposiums. His research has been extensively cited by other researchers and he has more than 1250+ citations in H-indexed and i-10 indexed journals ( *H-index: 20 and i-10 index: 30 as of 2023).* He has been resource person in international scientific webinars. He trains the students and professionals on the use and applications of software related to drug design and discovery and analytical equipment used in the quality control of pharmaceutical and chemical agents.
